The sales staff literally made me feel like I was bothering them for wanting to purchase things. I took three items into the dressing room and afterwards, decided to purchase two of fenty slides puma the items. I left the dressing room and handed the unwanted item to the worker (seemed like the supervisor) who was working there. She literally asked me to not hand the item to her and put the item back where I got it from. WTF? I told her that I would just leave the item in the dressing room then, at which point, she let out a big sigh and said "fine, I'll put it back.". Ok, whatever.

The bad reviews probably have more to do with the reviewer than the service although some are obviously warranted. It's the great mall folks, what do you expect, my kids Peed in line one time at the Puma store it was awesome but not the employees fault, it was mine. You're obviously not gonna be getting folks with PhD's punching a cash register, they're going to be high school kids and folks who aren't staying there for the rest of their lives.

The Asian Male needs to be coached on customer service. You don't treat customers like that dude you just don't. There were good sales at this place. But that tall Asian Male ruined my experience at this place. Hell no next time. This place constantly sells items at 50% off! It's a great deal for puma bags and shoes for puma enthusiasts. I'm just incredibly disappointed that they never have the El Reys that i'm looking for (the black ones). I haven't seen anything that special lately at this store. I wouldn't mind puma basket heart getting more Ferrari items if they have bigger sizes to accomodate my voluptuous body.
